Students or workers alike can’t wait for weekend for it’s the time for rest and recreation. However, while most people love to just stay in their beds during weekends, some love to take advantage of this precious time to work and learn more! Yes, WORK and LEARN on a weekend.

On weekends, I have ballet and taekwondo classes and I go to church on Sundays. I wake up at 8:00AM or 9:00AM for ballet. I have to leave the house around 10:00AM because I might get stuck in traffic. When I arrive early in Pink Toes, I stretch first. At 11:00AM, my ballet class starts. After ballet, I eat lunch with my mom then we go back home to fetch my brother for taekwondo class. Our taekwondo class is at 2:00PM. We practice our kicks, “Ha-ya!!!” After taekwondo class, I go home or watch a movie or go to the mall. As you can see, my Saturday is full! On Sunday, I just go to church and sing for the Lord. 🙂

Every Friday, my classmates and I get excited and happy for weekend. However, unlike other kids, we also can’t wait for Monday to come. Still, I enjoy my weekends very much. It’s nice to have a break from all of the stress. On weekends, I mostly watch movies. But every other Sunday, Mama has a bazaar in Tomato Kick on Malingap Street. I love Mama’s bazaars! I help her prepare for the bazaar. I help around by greasing pans and doing other stuff. The best part though is when we go to Tomato Kick and I get to play games like Uno and learn more games with my friends and family.
How about you? What are your weekends made of? 🙂
